From categories on Enterprise operations to purely SME Operations. An integrated multi- currency enabled Accounting system with modules such as General Ledger, Budgeting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Warehousing, Point of Sale, Bills of materials, Receipts and voucher Management, Business Intelligence Centre among others modules.
Hotel management system
A fully integrated SME hotel system. This helps in tracking guests’ booking, check in and check outs, reservations, house keeping management processes among others. The guests’ booking can be done online from whichever remote location and tracked through the front end.
Fixed Assets management software
An intelligent product securely driven by Microsoft SQL server engine and can be depended upon by organizations of all walks of business. With this module organizations can depreciate their assets, revalue them and track assets by location, by supplier and or date of purchase. Assets net book value or written down values can also easily be ascertained through this system.
PaySoftHRMS and Payroll
A Web based solution developed in dot net and driven by Microsoft SQL server, the system is robust and most affordable given that you need a single installation point and all the clients use internet explorer. As with our product lines security is both enviable and admirable. The HR system takes care of recruitment, employee information management, training and development, appraisal among others. Being web based the system has employee self service feature for loan application, leave application and feedback for these processes can remotely be received by email or sms facility built in. In organizations with several branches a web based system is more affordable since you
don’t require a license for each desktop installation.
Biometric Desktop Payroll system
Affordable Payroll software customizable for all industry categories that securely runs on Microsoft SQL server. The Payroll system can be biometrically linked to the attendance management module across several branches using a static IP address. The Payroll can aid in leave management, loam and advance process management and generate all desired employee information and statutory reports
E-Students
a web based solution for institutions of Higher learning; the product takes into account an institutions business process. The system is integrated with SME and EMAIL facility and can be accessed from any where on the globe by the Students, Lecturers, Parents and the Alumni. e- Students has been designed by former students who understand the hiccups students go through in institutions of higher learning.
